巴塔勒加拉（Bathalegala），俗称“圣经岩”，是凯格勒区阿拉纳亚克附近的一座引人注目的山，其平坦、细长的山峰就像讲台上一本打开的书，因此得名英文名字。这座约 670 m 的山峰通常被称为“迷你锡吉里耶”，攀登时需沿着一条风景优美的小径，最后一段较为陡峭，宽阔的山顶让徒步旅行者可以将周围的山丘、茶乡一览无余，在晴朗的日子里还可以看到远处的亚当峰。山顶上有一座废弃的小寺庙和佛塔。

历史

The rock takes its English name from British colonial planters, who thought its shape resembled a Bible open on a stand. Its flat summit long served as a landmark on the route between the coast and the Kandyan highlands, and the ruins of an old temple on top reflect its historic use as a place of retreat and worship.
