栋德拉角灯塔 (Dondra Head Lighthouse) 高出该岛岩石南角 49 米，是斯里兰卡最高的灯塔，也是南亚最高的灯塔之一。其八角形塔楼由进口花岗岩和砖块建成，标志着该国的最南端，印度洋从这里绵延至南极洲。棕榈树环绕的场地和景点本身是一个风景优美、微风徐徐的停留地，是拍摄海边条纹塔的热门景点。

历史

The lighthouse was designed by Sir James Nicholas Douglass and completed in 1889, built to guide shipping around the treacherous southern cape on the busy Indian Ocean routes. It has operated continuously since and remains an active navigational aid managed by the Sri Lanka Ports Authority.
